DDT Holiday Wishes
Doug from Dancing Doug Travel Agency sent us holiday wishes and upcoming tour schedule for the year 2013!!
My Good People,
For 2013, we already have trips//events planned to:

Paris
Oct. 12 – 20, 2013 DDT Jazzy Paris ($1,500 double occupancy)
First, we will do the Classic Tour of the Historical Paris sites by Motor Coach with an English Speaking Tour Guide to the Palace of Versailles and then by Boat around the Seine River. This will be the Tour (by Boat) of the Eiffel Tower, The Museum D’Orsay, Saint-Germain-Des-Pres, The Cathedral of Notre Dame, Jardin Des Plantes, Hotel Del Ville, The Louvre Museum (you will need a lot of time for this) and the Champs-Elysees. You can get on and off the Boat as you like and tour at your own pace….and more (We also plan on going to the Moulin Rouge one night).

The second part of the Tour will be the African-American influenced Jazz Tour.
We will go to see the Halls where Cab Calloway and Louis Armstrong played. The Hotel Scribe where Josephine Baker and Louis Armstrong stayed when they first arrived. We will also see where Historic writers like Countee Cullen, Langston Hughes and Richard Wright hung out. Finally we will spend two nights hitting some of the Jazz Clubs where Miles Davis and Charlie Parker and many other Artists performed.
There is just so much to see there–and when it gets dark–the REAL Beauty of the City comes alive with the Buildings Majestically lit at night–PLUS we are adding a Day of Shopping at the Louis Vuitton Stores (and other High End Stores) and the renowned Paris African Market.
