The Year of the Rooster begins January 28, 2017, and ends on February 15, 2018.

 The Rooster’s Personality

People born in a year of the Rooster are very observant. Hardworking, resourceful, courageous and talented, Roosters are very confident about themselves.

Roosters are always active, amusing and popular among the crowd. Roosters are talkative, outspoken, frank, open, honest, and loyal individuals. They like to be the center of attention and always appear attractive and beautiful.

Roosters are happiest when they are surrounded by others, whether at a party or just a social gathering. They enjoy the spotlight and will exhibit their charm at any occasion.

Roosters expect others to listen to them while they speak, and can become agitated if others don’t. Vain and boastful, Roosters like to brag about themselves and their accomplishments.

Their continually seeking the unwavering attention of others annoys people around them at times.

Jay Z’s Tidal Streaming Service Has Split The Music Industry Apart ……?
When Jay Z launched Tidal at a star-studded event in March, it was with the aim of saving the music business: a vow to give artists a fair share of revenue than other streaming services such as Spotify. And he wasn’t alone, either. Kanye West, Beyonce, Usher, Calvin Harris, Deadmau5, Madonna, Nicki Minaj, Coldplay, Rihanna, Daft Punk, Jack White and Arcade Fire all joined him for the bash in New York, each pledging to create a fairer system for musicians.

Since then, though, its found itself a target of constant criticism. Mumford And Sons, Lily Allen and Noel Gallagher have all questioned its purpose and doubted whether it will ever achieve its goals. People have claimed its a model that only favours mainstream acts – the ones least at threat by streaming in general – and that it’s little more than a vanity project.

“I would say that I have 99 problems but Jay Z is not one of them.”

The company said in an announcement that all ticket proceeds would support charities and that New World Foundation, which focuses on civil rights issues, would administer all funds, in association with Sankofa.org, a social justice nonprofit founded by Harry Belafonte. The event’s Ticketmaster page states that donations will benefit “nonprofit organizations dedicated to advancing positive community relations and effecting systemic change for the development and sustainability of just societies.”

Tickets will be available, for $74-$244.
