1. Coco – O.T. Genesis

これ今クラブでもの凄い人気です。特にヒップホップ・クラブでですが、ダントツ1位ですね。
彼はBusta Rhymesのクルー The Conglomerateのメンバーなんで、この間私も出席したGlobal Spin Awardsで彼が今1番ホットなHip Hopのこの曲をパフォーマンスした時も、一緒にBustaが出て来て面白いパフォーマンスでした。アトランティックシティーでもリクエスト来てますし、やはりNYではお兄さん達から必ずリクエストいただきます。

O.T. Genasis’s single “Coco” really took over the hip-hop clubs! Signed to Busta Rhymes’ label, Conglomerate Records, when O.T. performed this song at the Global Spin Awards his boss Busta hit the stage alongside him to give an extra boost with no microphone. It was an interesting performance! The song’s reputation even reached to AC and people ask me to play it.

2. All About The Money – Troy Ave feat. Young Lito & Manolo

Brooklyn出身の新人ラッパー、この間出した爽やかHip Hop曲 Your Style feat. Lloyd Banksがヒットしましたね！今回はシンプルなピアノのサンプルとこれまたシンプルなドラムの打ち込みのみのトラックなんですが、キャッチーなフックで地味な中にカッコ良さがきわだってます。これもお兄さん達に大人気です。今はCocoとこの曲のリクエストが凄いです。

Brooklyn’s up-and-comer Troy Ave goes in over a minimally menacing piano-oriented beat. It’s simple and catchy. As far as I’m concerned, “All About The Money” and “Coco” are the most requested songs right now!

3. Computers – Rowdy Rebel feat. Bobby Shmarda

Rowdy君は Hot Ni**gaが大ブレークした Bobby君の相棒ラッパー、もちろんどっちもBrooklyn出身です。二人で色々曲出してますが、これが今熱いです。よくComputerかけてって言われます、お兄さん達からだけでなく、お姉さん達からもリクエスト来ます。もの凄いハードコアな曲なんですが、なんでかなぁ..ノリ的にはHot…をもっとコアにした感じです。私もBrooklyn在住なんで、新人Brooklynラッパー応援したいです！

Rowdy is a member of the Brooklyn-based GS9 crew alongside fellow rapper, Bobby Shmarda known for his song “Hot Ni**ga”. Together with Bobby they dropped many songs but this song is the hottest! Harder than “Hot…..”, “Computers” is the song not just guys but girls want to hear. Big up to up-and-comer Brooklyn rapper Rowdy Rebel!

Congratulations to DJ June for Global Spin Awards nomination!!

1. Link Up – Jeezy feat. Beenie Man & Ty Dolla $in

これはまたまた DJ Mustardプロデュースの新しい曲。いつもならクリス・ブラウンとかが担当のところを、なぜかレゲエのレジェンド Beenie Man。あまりレゲエぽくないですが。しかしMustardの曲はまだまだクラブで凄い人気です。特にLoyalは絶対盛り上がるありがたい一曲です。

Jeezy is back with a fresh new song for the clubs, “Link Up” with dancehall legend Beenie Man and R&B rapper Ty Dolla $ign over a bouncy DJ Mustard beat. Any song by Mustard is a song people want to hear at the club, period!

2. Faded – ZHU

一回聞いただけで覚えちゃう女性コーラス、ものすごくいい感じのディープハウス..今私の中でお気に入りの一曲です。クラブでかかりはじめてる頃合いですが、前に紹介した Latch や Hideaway みたいで、派手ではないけどカッコいい。新しい曲に敏感なベガスなんかではもう盛り上がってるみたいです。ビデオもモノクロでクラブの中の様子が移されててオシャレです。

This is one of my favorite deep house songs right now. Especially I love super catchy female chorus featured on the song. It’s not over the top but same feel to “Latch” or “Hideaway.” It’s already catching on among music lovers in Las Vegas. You also want to check out the fashionable video shot in black and white.

3. Back That Ass Up – Juvenile feat. Lil Wayne

なんと1998年にリリースされたHip Hop、今も凄い人気のCash Moneyの当時かなり人気だったJuvenileの名曲。Mannie Freshのプロデュースはカッコ良かったなぁ…今も色んな所でDJされてるみたいです。これ、もう16年!?もたってるのにかけたら絶対盛り上がります。
元祖 Twerk とでもいいましょうか、かならずお姉さん達が凄い勢いでおケツ振り回されます。パーティーで絶対に毎回かける曲です。

“Back That Azz Up” was really an anthem for the bounce hip-hop party music back in 1998 by Juvenile. Cash Money posse still dominates the party scene and after 16 years since its release this Mannie Fresh produced song is still banging and sends all the ladies to the dance floor and shake their hips!

2012年にスタートしたグローバルDJアウォードは世界のDJのクオリティ・スタンダードとして認知されている。その「ブレークスルー・オープン・フォーマット部門にH2NのクラブチャートでおなじみのDJ Juneがノミネート。
受賞式は１１月１８日（火）ニューヨークで開催。見事賞を射止めるか注目！

Club Goin’ Up On A Tuesday (DJ Snake Remix) – iLoveMakonnen

Turn Down For What のDJ Snakeが、今すっごく流行ってるTuesdayのRemixをリリース!!さすがおフランス出身の Snakeさん、リミックスがオシャレです。ブルックリンのHip Hop Partyとかでは絶対オリジナルでかけなきゃ、お客のお兄さん達に殴られるかもだけど(笑)、EDMもかかるオープンフォーマットのクラブでは、こっちの方が断然冴えそうです。

French producer DJ Snake decided to change speeds on us right quick with his new remix of ILoveMakonnen’s “Club Going up on a Tuesday.” Die hard hip-hop heads at Brooklyn parties will get mad if you don’t play the original version but Snake’s rendition is definitely refreshing for EDM dance crowd.

No Type (Clinton Sparks Remix) – Rae Sremmurd

前回紹介したこの曲、かなり火が付いて来ました！ラジオで毎日かかりまくってます。スローな曲なのでクラブでかけるとちょっと静か過ぎて、知らない人からしたら???ってなっちゃうかもって感じもしないでもない、ちょっとまだプライムタイムにかけるのが不安…てしないでもない。そんな時に Clinton Sparksがセンスの良いTrap Remixを作ってくれました！今週水曜日にリリース予定。これはクラブでバッチリ使えるバージョンです。

As I predicted “No Type” by Rae Sremmurd is on fire! I told you last week! It’s a slow song and too quiet for a club…….,just to read my mind Clinton Sparks came to a rescue with his new Trap Remix! Yeah! His perfect club version is being released on Wednesday. Thank you, Clinton!!

Bobby B#tch – Bobby Shmurda

Hot Ni**a が爆発的ヒットしてるBobby Shmurdaの新曲。今回はもっとかなりハードコアな感じで、果たして彼は一発屋で終わるのだろうか…て疑問がどうも脳裏をよぎってしまう。彼はBrooklyn NY 出身のラッパーなので、Hot…がヒットしてるのはNY辺りのみ、なのかなぁと思たんですが。やはりシカゴとか違う州から来るDJのセット聞いてるとかけない人も居るので、あまり他ではそこまで流行ってないのかもしれません、たぶん。でも先日行ったLas Vegasのクラブではバッチリかかってて、あのダンスを(腰をクネクネさせるダンス？オシッコがもれそうなのを我慢してるポーズに見えて仕方ない…があるんですが、ミュージックビデオ参照) みんなでそのダンスやってました。やはりベガスのお客さんは鋭いですな。

Best known for his big hit “Hot Ni**a” Bobby Shmurda dropped a new hardcore song “Bobby B#tch.” As far as I know most of DJs from different cities like Chicago don’t play his song. I just wonder the Brooklyn rapper is being played only in New York area…….Is he just a one hit wonder…….or not. I was in Las Vegas club the other day and I saw people danced the signature dance to this song! Vegas is definitely the undisputed nightlife capital of the world! By the way, the dance looks too weird to me. It is like you are holding in pee. When you gotta go, you gotta go. Watch the music video and you know what I mean.
