クリス・ブラウン、久々に渋いR＆Bを出しました。いつものCBと違ってソウルフルなところが玄人受けしそう。ジャスティン・ティンバーレイクの新曲も大好きですが、これもなかなか。Ne-Yoが歌ってもアリかな、という感じ。

Chris Brown’s new song sounds a lot more soulful than before and definitely will please mature fans. The material is also suitable for Ne-Yo. I love Justin Timberlake’s new song but I like this one, too.

2 Open Letter – Jay Z

Swiss BeatzとTimbaland がプロデュース。曲のほうよりも、ビヨンセとのキューバ旅行でのオバマ、ホワイト・ハウスとのからみなどを語っていますが、そっちのほうが話題になっている。

Heavyweight Producers Swizz Beatz and Timbaland provide the beats. Jay-Z and wife Beyonce’s trip to Cuba has caused controversy as the song includes the lyrics “Boy from the hood but got White House clearance, Obama said, chill, you gonna get me impeached.”

3 Stellar – Daddy’s Groove

新しい歌ものエレクトロ・ソング。シンプルなラヴ・ソングですが哀愁が漂うアコースティック・ギターが素敵。ビデオは「何でやねん」という感じのオチなのがちょっと残念ですが…….。

“Stellar” is an Italian house music group, Daddy’s Groove’s brand-new monster production featuring several guitar and piano melodies. The video is somewhat disappointing…….
